THFGOC brings management and leasing of Ashford Crossing I in house – Houston

HOUSTON, TX: THFGOC has announced today that one of its subsidiaries, THFGOC Management, LLC, will now manage and lease its office property, Ashford Crossing I, located at 1880 S Dairy Ashford in Houston, ending its 3+ year run being managed and leased by outside property managers. From Wiley Harris III, THFGOC CEO: “This move from 3rd party property managers was long in the making and is best for the overall health of Ashford Crossing I. We are the stewards of Ashford Crossing I and our management arm will champion our work to establish Ashford Crossing I as the premier office workspace in the sub-market.”
