Commercial Real Estate Financing
THFGOC, through its subsidiary THF Partners, provides a broad range of commercial real estate financing services to a diverse group of corporations, financial institutions, investment funds, governments, and high-net-worth individuals. Services include strategic advisory assignments with respect to mergers and acquisitions of real estate companies, divestitures, risk management, restructurings and spin-offs, debt and equity underwriting of commercial real estate including new construction transactions, as well as derivative transactions directly related to these activities.
We originate loans and investments directly and indirectly through funds that we manage, and for institutional and private banking clients, in our property types. Our commitment is to provide financing solutions for transactions greater than $1 million.
